Usage

Naturoil CBD oils can be consumed at any time of day, morning and night, before or after meals. CBD oil is an extract of a hemp plant that has a high concentration of cannabidiol (CBD) but has very low levels of THC so it will not get you high.

Dosage

For optimum results, take 3 to 5 drops under the tongue twice a day and hold for at least one minute, then swallow. The oil will absorb through sublingual membranes in your mouth. This makes the effects of the CBD oil appear faster, usually within about 10 minutes. Shake well before use.
